The role



Serving our customers in person, by phone, and by email, you will ensure that the customer is fully satisfied with the products they receive. By asking the right questions, you will ensure the customer has the right products for their requirements. Presenting and demonstrating products or services to potential and existing customers, highlighting their benefits and addressing customer needs.

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, including cold calling, networking, and utilizing various marketing channels.Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Tracking sales activities, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products or services and their competitive landscape.

What we are looking for

When it comes to your existing skills and experience, personality is the first thing we look for. You will be given all the training and support needed to gain the technical skills. You will need to have great interpersonal skills, be quick to learn and used to working accurately at pace.
