The role entails working with our ticket and phone system for the many UK customers from various marketplaces including eBay, Amazon and our multiple websites. You should be able to work and communicate effectively to deliver against the company's key performance indicators to support customers with their questions and queries.

The candidate needs to be dynamic, hard-working, and passionate about customer service. Self-motivation and good communication skills are essential. This role will be involved in taking orders, resolving delivery issues, warranties and product questions. You will be introduced to various aspects of the business as you will be involved with various aspects of the customer journey, whilst also reviewing and influencing the way we attract new and returning customers. It will be important to maintain customer satisfaction and to build a robust product knowledge of the businesses energy storage solutions.

Responsibilities Include:



Processing customer orders, queries and complaints to the highest standard. Improve sales over the phone so that the customer service team can become a profit centre and receive further reinvestment. Research and respond to customers' aftersales questions and warranty queries in a professional and timely manner. Research and respond to customers' technical questions regarding products and applications. Regularly review processes to find a better, more efficient way to improve, or even automate repetitive tasks in line with our goal to be continuously improving. Communicating with customers to ensure we receive positive feedback on all our e-commerce channels and responding to queries on products to delivery and general questions. Responding to all customer emails/messages/calls in a professional and timely manner

Skills/Experience



Experience of working in sales and customer service Be data and insight driven. The ability to work quickly & accurately and pay attention to detail. Exceptional organisational skills Previous Customer Sales Experience Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, articulate with good spelling and grammar. Ability to work well as part of a team and proactively complete necessary tasks

Working Hours



8:30am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,500.00 per year
