We're looking for a
motivated and personable Sales Representative
to join our growing team, working
in the field
to help households access
heating and insulation upgrades
through the
government-backed ECO4 scheme
.
In this role, you'll engage directly with customers in their homes and communities, guiding them through the application process and helping them benefit from energy-efficient home improvements -- at no cost to eligible households.
Key Responsibilties
Visit households across the region to promote awareness of the ECO4 scheme
Identify eligible customers and explain the benefits of heating and insulation upgrades
Process high quality applications on behalf of eligible customers
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Pay and Incentives
Weekly pay (one week in arrears)
Typical earnings of up to 1000 per week
Monthly commission paid on successful installs
Uncapped earning potential
What we're looking for
Positive work ethic and the desire to learn
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Self-motivation and a positive, results-driven attitude
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Previous sales experience is not required
-- full training and support is provided.
Driving license is preferred, it is not essential.
