Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the contracts you get on board. You will be first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while also driving sales through to completion of the project. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Duties

Book appointments for surveyors with new prospects Provide written quotations using industry-based program Business Micros Evolution Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Utilise effective communication skills to negotiate sales and close deals. Maintain an organised record of customer interactions and transactions using IT systems. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience. Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends and indsutry regulation to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A drive for achieving results and a passion for helping customers. Proficiency in IT systems and software relevant to customer management. Ability to negotiate effectively and foster positive relationships with customers.

Job Type

Full-time, Monday-Friday Basic 24,000 plus commission (24k-45k)
