The Role
We're seeking a
results-driven External Sales Representative
to generate new business and build strong client relationships. This is a
commission-only position
-- ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive on performance and want the freedom to directly control their income.
Responsibilities
Prospect and secure new accounts through calls, networking, referrals, and events
Conduct needs assessments and deliver tailored proposals
Negotiate and close profitable contracts
Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business and upselling
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B sales experience (cleaning/facilities industry experience an advantage)
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Full UK driving licence and ability to travel locally
