Customer Support & Admin Co-Ordinator - Permanent



Location: Market Weighton

Hybrid - 4 Days office & 1 Day working from home

customers ensuring that the administrative, financial and office function relating

to the company's fleet management and remote tracking system runs smoothly.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person with relevant experience to

join our team as a Support Administrator.

The Person:



The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills with a passion to learn and develop their knowledge.

If you have customer service or admin experience and you are super organised, we'd love to hear from you!

The Role:



Provide excellent customer services in relation to general and customer enquiries.

Training potential and new customers on the Simplytrak system.

Going out to meet customers if requested for training/roll out plans

Work closely with Accounts for failed payments/mandates, sending and chasing invoices

Plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the

delivery of excellent customer service and account management is achieved.

Book and organise engineers in line with customers request.

Process and generate invoices.

Use initiative to identify and resolve issues, queries, errors and discrepancies.

Build relationships with existing customers.

Answering and distributing inbound calls to the relevant person and taking messages.

Send out Account forms, Contracts and Direct debit mandates.

Requirements



Proactive and organised approach to accomplishing tasks.

Committed to delivering excellent customer service

Strong English language and written communication skills.

A 'can do' attitude - You will work across a large array of sectors, so

enthusiasm and willingness to adapt to industry challenges is a must

solving role.

Competent in the use of Microsoft Excel, and Word, would be advantages.
