Customer Service Administrator and Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to work within our friendly Burlescombe office. A new position has arisen due to continued growth and expansion into new product groups. This role will support both the Customer Service team and our Accounts team. Full time - between 32 and 40 hours per week.
FW3 operates in the following product markets:
Garden Furniture, Patio Cleaners and Fertilisers
Cleaning products
Commercial Electrical Products
Commercial Washroom Products and Services
Water Boilers and Chillers
Pest Control
Beer
Water sports
The successful candidate will support both teams.
Customer Service Team duties:
Provide excellent customer service to all customers. Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently
Answer the telephone with a polite and professional manner
Utilise your product knowledge to assist customers seeking help and work as part of the sales team to drive positive company sales results.
Respond to all customer email enquiries over the different platforms and ensure all emails are replied to promptly.
Process product returns by raising return forms, recording these on the spreadsheet and liaising with the stock controller once they arrive at our warehouse
Obtain updates from couriers to provide tracking information for customers and resolve any delivery issues.
Accounts Team duties will include:
Entering sales orders, purchase orders and invoices onto the accounting system Sage 200.
Reconciling customer receipts and accounting for marketplace fees
Bank reconciliations
Cost allocations
Answer customer and supplier queries by email and telephone.
Liaise with other departments to resolve queries relating to customer service issues and stock variations.
Reconcile stock of components
Qualifications
5 GCSEs and above. Preferably A level educated.
AAT training an advantage but not necessary.
Full training will be provided.
Skills required
: Competent IT Skills, including email and spreadsheets, Good written and verbal skills, Good attention to detail and confident with figures.
Person Attributes
: A team player, tidy, positive attitude, cheerful disposition, professional, ability to meet deadlines and good a timekeeper.
The job is located at our site in Burlescombe - Woodlands Business Park, EX16 7LL - 5 Minutes from Wellington - 10 minutes from Tiverton.
