Chillistick Ltd is a dry ice manufacturer seeking an office-based Customer Service Associate/Administrator to join the team, who will assist with daily tasks contributing to the running of the business. This role requires assisting both business and members of the public with enquiries via email, telephone, and very occasionally face to face.
The ideal candidate will have previous customer facing experience to provide outstanding service and manage situations effectively.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and occasionally face to face
Possess a professional telephone manner
Assist customers in resolving issues promptly and efficiently
Liaise with suppliers/courier partners to resolve issues
Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending other products or services
Maintain accurate customer records via data entry into company databases
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction
Process customer orders from creation through to warehouse despatch
Other ad-hoc duties where required
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Previous administrative experience
Must be fluent in English
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide effective solutions
Proficient in data entry and CRM software preferred but training will be given
Dry ice knowledge is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
Basic computer skills and knowledge are essential as this role is primarily office and computer based. Apple Mac knowledge will be useful.
