We are looking for a positive, friendly person with a 'can do' attitude to fill this role. Good written and spoken communication skills, and the ability to speak confidently to industry professionals, will be necessary. Being organised, self-motivated, an eye for detail and a methodical approach to administrative tasks will be essential. Initial Roles & Responsibilities


Handling incoming calls and forwarding where appropriate
Managing inbound emails
Processing customer's orders on the Sage accounts system
Preparation of all information required for production
Logistics management including international freight
Answering price enquiries and providing quotations as necessary
General office administrative tasks and ordering of consumables etc.


The role may include additional duties to the above.
