You will support customers by phone and email, help organise service schedules, and make sure information is recorded accurately. You will work as part of a supportive team, with clear systems and defined responsibilities.
Hybrid working is available once training is complete.
What you will do
You will be responsible for a range of clearly defined tasks, including:
Logging customer support requests received by phone or email
Scheduling product installations and demonstrations
Organising engineers' diaries to ensure work is planned efficiently
Processing service contracts accurately
Creating and processing customer orders for spare parts
Preparing and sending customer quotations
Monitoring and responding to shared email inboxes
Answering customer questions and resolving issues where possible, or passing them to the correct team
Keeping digital and paper records organised and up to date
Skills and experience we are looking for
Experience with customer service (phone or email-based)
Good organisational and administration skills
Ability to follow processes and work accurately
Comfortable managing more than one task, with support and clear priorities
Able to communicate clearly and professionally
A calm, problem-solving approach
