Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
Assist customers in understanding our services
Communicate effectively with clients , ensuring clarity and understanding.
Collaborate with team members to analyse service performance and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while addressing customer needs and concerns.
Provide administrative support as required, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Skills
Proficient in data entry with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers.
Strong analysis skills to assess service performance metrics and contribute to strategic improvements.
Experience in customer satisfaction and service uptake.
