We are seeking a customer service Administrator to join our team. As Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of sales activities and dealing with relevant queries from suppliers and customers alike. Your primary responsibilities will include accepting sales orders, coordinating deliveries for the customers, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
? Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry of customer information, and product details.
? Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide order status updates, resolve inquiries, and address any issues or concerns.
? Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships.
? Support the team in preparing quotes
? Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
? Gathering market and customer information
? Checking quantities of goods in stock
? Any other duties as directed by the line manager or head of department/
Requirements:
? Excellent communication skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in British English.
? Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
? Strong commercial awareness
? A confident and determined approach.
? Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanour
? A high degree of self-motivation and drive
? The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
