Due to continued growth, Tap & Go are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to be responsible for supporting our client base answering calls, emails and general admin supporting our busy sales office.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Being the first point of contact for our customers, diverting calls into our support teams.
Ensuring all customer excellence calls are scheduled in line with our customer journey
Build relationships and liaise with service providers
General admin duties and updating our CRM System accordingly.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE
Strong communication skills (telephone)
Computer literate
Experience working in a busy environment
Card Payments Industry Knowledge preferred but not essential
Good interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 24,000.00-27,000.00 per year
