The suitable candidate will need to have a good attention to detail, strong organisational skills, as well as good communication skills. Salary - \xc2\xa323,000-\xc2\xa324,000
Hybrid working after training/probation

Some of the duties will include:

  • Processing renewals for new and existing clients
  • Maintaining diary systems by written and verbal communication
  • Processing new business for various departments
  • Scanning and printing post
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
  • Processing and maintaining client and departmental email inboxes
  • Accurate data entry with client records
  • Answering incoming calls, transferring as required
  • Organising and prioritising workload
  • Maintain professional client relationships
The suitable candidate:
  • Previous experience within an administrative position
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Educated to GCSE level as a minimum
  • Great team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commutable distance to Borehamwood
