Customer Service Order Processor


Based at our office in Bourne End (Hybrid Working)


Permanent, Full-time, Monday - Friday 37 hours

Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and looking to join a supportive team where your contribution truly makes a difference? Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a proactive Order Processor to provide first-class support to our customers and internal teams.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will:



Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, keeping clients updated on order progress. Accurately process orders, set up new accounts, and liaise with accounts on credit matters. Work closely with suppliers, logistics, and 3PL partners to manage deliveries and returns. Handle customer calls in line with our service standards, ensuring timely follow-up. Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation. Provide flexible support to cover team workload, holidays, or urgent requests. Attend product training sessions to build knowledge of our solutions.


Qualifications

What we're looking for...



Previous experience in a customer service role. Strong understanding of office practices and experience with call handling. Confident with IT systems and data entry. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Calm, approachable, and adaptable when handling challenges.
