Are you a multitasking maestro who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client, a dynamic organisation in the Information Technology & Telecommunications sector, is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Bromley.
Location: Central Bromley
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to 30,000
Hybrid Role: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Commute: Just a 5-minute walk from Bromley South train station! ?
What You'll Do:
As a vital part of our team, you will ensure our customers receive exceptional service and support. Your daily tasks will include:

• Invoicing Daily Orders: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customer orders.

• Order Tracking: Monitor daily orders and efficiently obtain Proof of Delivery (POD).

• Order Processing: Promptly process orders via email, customer portals, and Teams using Sage.

• Back Order Management: Keep customers informed about unfulfilled orders.

• Cash Payments Processing: Handle cash payments seamlessly through online Sage Pay.

• Daily Reporting: Send daily shipping reports to corporate customers.

• Email Management: Oversee two busy email addresses, ensuring prompt responses.

• Lost Parcels Investigation: Investigate lost parcels and liaise with couriers until resolution.

• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with our busy Sales Team, accommodating their unique requirements.

• Account Setup: Set up new customer accounts and perform necessary security checks.

• Spreadsheet Updates: Update spreadsheets for Accounts regarding cash and factored payments.

• Liaison with Logistics: Maintain close communication with the Logistics Team for timely despatch of daily orders. ?
