Job Description

Are you passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering quality service? Staywarm are seeking a motivated individual to join our Team.

As a member of our team, you should provide a 5-star, professional service to all incoming callers as part of the call handling team and manage email correspondence and data processing to a professional standard. Our aim is to successfully resolve queries at the first point of contact wherever possible, promptly and courteously.

Role Responsibilities:



Dealing with inbound calls and assisting with general queries Resolving queries or issues in a timely manner Completing general administration and data entry tasks Conducting outbound calls to chase outstanding information. Manage and update installation schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines. Proactively identify and address any potential scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise during the installation process. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries related to installation dates professionally and promptly. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Requirements:



Previous experience in operations management, project coordination, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with both internal teams and external partners. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Proficient computer skills.

Salary:



National minimum wage - 37.5 hours per week.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday and may vary between 9.00am to 5.30pm and 10.00am to 6.30pm with up to 2 Saturdays 9am-1pm per month
