Job Description
Since 2010, National Gas has excelled in the Energy Industry as an independent gas supplier for both domestic and commercial properties.
National Gas are currently looking to expand our team and incorporate a new Customer Service Administrator into our business.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Finance Director on a wide variety of tasks and using your customer accounts knowledge to support our Customer Service and Collections team.

The key roles and responsibilities of this role will include:
Assisting the Finance Director with customer account related investigations Creating customer invoices and sending them by post Validating invoices and tracking account balances Set up direct debit and track payments Aiding with a variety of customer account billing queries over the phone Investigate collaboratively with team for debt collection matters
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualities:
1 year of experience in an administration role. Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience of liaising with a wide range of stakeholders Good organisation and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively. A good level of computer literacy, ideally with Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 25,000.00 per year
