Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 Mon-Thurs, 08:30-16:30 on Fri

As Customer Service Administrator, you will provide customer service support to Cumbria Waste Recycling's (CWR) customer base whilst building relationships with customers (and colleagues) to achieve goals. You will carry out a range of administrative tasks that will support the Customer Service Team Leader, RCV Transport and Sales teams.

How you'll make an impact
Provide first point of contact for existing customer base, offering guidance on service amendments, new services, collection and pricing
Review and update system records to ensure customer information held is accurate at all times, including customer address and collection address information and SIC code
Assist with trade collections processing tasks including daily driver debriefs, to ensure accuracy of route information and amending transactions where required
Communicate proactively with customers to advise of any interruptions to services or changes to services or prices
What we are looking for:
Essential
Demonstrable customer service experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Administration Skills
Desirable
Experience in waste, recycling or logistics
