Your role will be office based, assisting with the day to day customer service and office management of the business. You will be speaking to clients daily, gathering feedback and resolving their queries. You will undertake the administrative tasks involved with office, team and clients.

You will also require the following skills and experience:

great attention to detail and accuracy (this is really important); reliable and proactive individual who can be thinking ahead; can work efficiently and under pressure (we are a busy business!) excellent telephone manner; comfortable making phone calls to new clients and existing clients; competent in Word, Excel and Email; need to have arithmetic/maths skills for our rota scheduling and client clean times; correct spelling, grammar and punctuation are important (we are a professional service); flexible; happy to be involved in many different aspects of the business; someone with previous customer service experience would be an advantage.
