Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Manage data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
Assist clients in scheduling appointments and providing information about services offered
Analyse customer feedback and service data to identify areas for improvement
Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of administrative processes
Experience
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and professional communication practices
