Wynwood logistics are looking to recruit for our customer service / operations department. Due to continued growth, we are looking to further expand our team.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential along with the ability to focus within a fast paced office environment.
Previous experience within the transport sector is preferable, however full training will be provided.
The role will include
Liaising with our own customers to provide support and information where required
Monitor system messages and emails and respond in a timely manner
Ensure customer paperwork is scanned into the system where required
Monitor customer deliveries and provide required updates
Answering telephone queries from both internal and external parties
Process and book deliveries for depots and customers
Work closely with the warehouse and operations team
Build and maintain existing relationships with network hauliers and customers
The successful candidate will have:

Reactive to problems / delays that may arise
This is a full time permanent position 09:30 - 18:00. Monday - Friday.
We do not work Bank holidays and a total allocation of 28 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays.
Salary will depend on experience.
