Customer Service Administrator

to play a vital role in supporting our Asphalt customers.


In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they get the service, information, and support they need, while helping to keep projects running smoothly. This is more than just answering calls; it's about problem-solving, planning ahead, and being part of a team that keeps construction moving across the UK.

You're a people person

- friendly, approachable, and confident chatting with customers over the phone or email


You've got a great attitude

- proactive, positive, and ready to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.


You're tech-savvy

- comfortable using systems like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Salesforce or E1 (but don't worry, we'll train you if needed!)

- clear, professional, and great at building relationships with both customers and teammates.
