We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our customer service and operations team.

Main Purpose of the Role



To provide excellent customer service and administrative support across all areas of vehicle management. This includes handling maintenance queries, coordinating bookings and repairs, processing invoices, recalls and fines, and ensuring customers receive a smooth and efficient service.

Responsibilities



Act as the first point of contact for drivers, and internal teams, via phone and email. Handle general enquiries, maintenance issues, complaints, and redirect queries to the correct department when needed. Liaise with lease companies, garages, manufacturers, and clients, to resolve disputes or vehicle-related issues. Support customers with vehicle, fuel card, penalty charge notice, and invoice-related queries. Arrange bookings for repairs, servicing, MOTs, tyre replacements, safety recalls, and breakdowns. Monitor ongoing garage repairs and "off the road" cases, ensuring timely progress and completion. Hire vehicle management including specialist vehicles. Fuel card management Manage contract early termination requests Manage contract transfers

Requirements



Previous experience in customer support or call centre environments is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in sales or client services roles is desirable. Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills. Working hours are Mon - Thurs 08:30 - 17:30, Fri 08:30 - 16:30.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,487.00-28,000.00 per year
