To help the growth and expansion of our business activities worldwide we are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, communicative and fearless Customer Service Administrator to join our team

Job Responsibilities:



Order Processing

- Processing customer purchase orders received in the ERP system (Microsoft Business Central). Analysing material availability and prioritising orders. Distributing orders to global warehouses and factories for fulfilment. Issuing order confirmations to customers confirming delivery dates. Selecting the most appropriate shipping method based on cost and customer request. High level of attention to detail and accuracy required to ensure all data is correct

Customer Communication

- Excellent customer communication required with a customer first attitude. Internally being the voice of the customer to ensure requests are met. Keeping customers regularly informed of order progress through email communication and open order reports. Building customer relationships through regular and clear communication. Ability to create customer facing PowerPoint presentations.

Customer Requests

- Dealing with customer queries relating to quotations, stock availability, pricing and RMA requests.

Qualifications & Experience:



Ideally you should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business or a technical degree. Highly reliable, able to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask. Customer service experience with excellent communication skills. Strong aptitude for numbers is essential, combined with a high level of IT literacy and MS Excel experience. Capability of working independently, hands-on and have a high degree of determination. Strong communication skills, plus the ability to present ideas clearly, authoritatively and with confidence. Calm manner and ability to resolve issues and respond professionally to both internal and external customers. Data literate, analytical and process driven. Good written and verbal communication (English), administration and interpersonal skills, together with a high working level of computer literacy (Word, Excel etc) and attention to detail. Advanced working level of Excel is preferred.

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
