The Customer Service Administrator manages shipment tracking, handle customer inquiries, and support daily depot operations with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor locations of the freight
Duties involving the controlling & planning of deliveries/collections
Liaise with the relevant parties if problems arise
Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and visitors.
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure timely responses to any customer queries.
Minimise time loss
General administrative tasks
Other duties as advised
Perform any additional tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Experience:
1-2 years administrative experience in an Administration
Knowledge:
PC literacy, MS Outlook, Excel and Word
Education:
Leaving Certificate or equivalent
