We are a dynamic and growing company looking for a Service Desk Coordinator with customer service experience to join our dedicated service desk team. Key Responsibilities:



Arrange and schedule engineer visits for reactive and planned maintenance works, ensuring timely response to client requests. Act as the main POC (point of contact) for clients and engineers, providing regular updates on job progress and addressing any queries timely and professionally. Raise and process POs (purchase orders) accurately and in line with company procedures. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality service in a timely manner to our clients. Handle any inbound and outbound calls made to service desk, always delivering exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Support in maintaining and updating various records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Skills and Qualifications:



Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other related software. Experience in raising POs and managing subcontractors is highly desirable. A proactive, positive attitude in problem-solving skills and an attention to detail.
