As our business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator at our head office, Cowick Hall, in East Yorkshire on a temporary, fixed-term contract until September 2026.
You will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Export Customer Relationship Team.

You must have a high level of attention to detail to ensure work is produced to a high standard and communications and arrangements are accurate.
Good planning and organisation skills are required
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English and Maths at grades C or above
Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
SAP user experience (desirable but not essential)
RSA/NVQ/Admin Qualification preferable (desirable but not essential)
What You'll Be Doing:
Be part of a team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, where your ideas and contributions matter.
Taking responsibility for booking orders for free of charge product samples to external and internal customers
Liaising with manufacturing sites/warehouses to obtain information relating to sample stock availability and sample order tracking details
Extracting and distributing reports from the SAP system
Monitoring a shared inbox, and distributing work to other team members
Other ad-hoc duties as required, to facilitate the work of the Customer Relationship Coordinators
