We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our small, friendly Customer Service Team on 3 Month Fixed-Term Contract for the Christmas period. In this role, you will be providing first-line assistance to our individual customers both from the UK and worldwide.
As Customer Service Administrator you will deliver great customer service through a variety of channels such as telephone, email and webchat. Using a variety of systems you will be responsible for processing orders, retrieving relevant information to help answer queries as well liaising with other departments to obtain updates and come to solutions for customers.
Key roles & responsibilities
Handling a range of inbound customer communication via telephone, email and webchat as the first point of contact for customers;
Accurate and timely processing of sales orders;
Processing returns, order queries and complaints in an appropriate manner;
Answering product queries including providing detailed product knowledge and price information when needed;
Investigating and answering queries received via our website and social media channels;
Owning customer queries and liaising with other departments to obtain updates and develop customer-focused solutions;

Person Specification
Proven experience of working in a Customer Service administration role working with telephone and email queries although face to face experience could be considered;
GCSE's grade A-C (or equivalent) in Maths and English Language;
Computer literate with good experience of MS Office, able to type accurately and at pace;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Highly motivated and passionate about providing first-class customer service to all customers;
Good attention to detail with a mindful approach;
Friendly, polite and professional telephone manner;
Able to work well under pressure during high seasonal demand periods
