Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email, including breakdowns, service requests, quotations, and contract queries.
Prepare and issue quotations for repairs, spare parts, and system upgrades.
Maintain accurate customer records, service logs, and compliance documentation.
Process and issue quotations for repairs, parts, or upgrades.
Raise purchase orders and process supplier/customer invoices.
Manage and monitor shared inboxes to ensure timely responses.
Provide administrative support to the Planning Team, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong organisational skills with a solutions-focused mindset
Confident using service management systems (e.g., JobLogic, simPRO)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools
Team player with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
