Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, as Customer Service Administrator, you will be a pivotal member of the Supply Chain team, responsible for executing a range of administrative duties to ensure the seamless operation of the supply chain process. This role requires close collaboration with both internal and external customers and full cooperation with colleagues across all functional areas.

What You'll Do:

Be a key player in ensuring smooth operations across customer service, planning and procurement.

~ Manage order processing via manual entry and EDI systems.

~ Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Production, and Technical teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

~ Handle export documentation, shipping manifests, and delivery bookings.

~ Support invoicing, despatch coordination, and operational reporting.

~ Step in as deputy for the Customer Service Lead when needed.

What You'll Bring:



~ A minimum of 5 years' administrative experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment, ideally supporting the major grocery retail sector.

~ Strong numeracy, literacy, and attention to detail.

~ Solid organisational and communication skills.

~ A collaborative mindset and ability to work under pressure.

~ Good IT literacy and computer skills (experience of MS D365 would be advantageous).

This is a temporary, six-month contract with the possibility to become permanent.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
