Hours of work
: 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator who is driven and motivated and has the ability to learn and pick up new process's.
Responsibilities:
Customer interactions
: Answering customer phone calls, responding to inquiries and helping customers complete orders
Record keeping:
Maintaining customer records, service tickets, and other information
Administrative tasks:
Managing phones and email accounts, processing transactions, and preparing quotations
Problem solving:
Finding solutions when products are unavailable, and escalating issues to the appropriate person
Reporting:
Providing reports as needed, and informing management of any requirements
Teamwork:
Collaborating with colleagues, participating in team meetings, and supporting the organization's governance
Professional development:
Taking on-the-job and external training, and continuing to develop professionally
Experience:
Previous Sales Order Processing experience
Customer Service experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Well organised
Ability to work as part of a small team
Computer literate, ERP Software and MS Office
Experience of using an MRP system
