Location: Port of Grangemouth
Hours: 37 hour contract | early, mid & lates shift rotation between 0600-1800 Mon-Thur & 0600-1900 Fri, working 1 in 4 weekends
Compensation: xc2xa324,652 | Overtime is paid at x1.5 during the week and x2 at weekends

About the role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support administrative tasks related to port container traffic, warehousing, and general cargo. This role involves ensuring accurate collection and entry of receiving and dispatch details into the appropriate systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinate cargo bookings, vessel operations, and container movements
Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and accreditation
Assist with customs clearance, stock control, and invoicing processes
Support hauliers with cargo collections, ensuring correct paperwork is issued
Communicate effectively with customers, departments, and external agencies
Oversee warehouse de-vanning operations and ensure smooth workflow
Provide administrative support, including filing, reporting, and system updates
Offer flexibility to assist in other operational areas when required
What are we looking for?
We seek a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in transport, logistics, or cargo operations. You should be able to work efficiently under strict deadlines, liaise effectively with the Operations Team, and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks are essential.
