The role of Customer Service Administrator is based within our Pet Insurance Team. The role involves pet insurance claim administration, including preparing claim files.
You will need to have excellent customer services skills as you will also be handling telephone calls and emails from policyholders and veterinary practices.
If you have experience in pet insurance claims handling and/or veterinary practice experience this would be an advantage. Please note the role does not involve assessing or approving pet claims.
You should be focused and self-motivated to achieve performance and quality targets while adhering to regulatory and business standards.
The position is an office-based role at our Grantham office and is therefore not suitable for remote or hybrid working.
