Temporary Customer Service and Order Processing
Location: Uxbridge
Pay Rate: 13.00 per hour (plus holiday pay)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Duration: Initially 1 month
Start Date: ASAP

Looking for an immediate opportunity in a supportive and friendly working environment? We're working with a lovely local business based in Uxbridge who are seeking a temp to support their busy customer service and order processing team. This is a great chance for someone with admin or customer service experience to jump into a fast-paced role and make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Responding to email queries
• Creating customer quotes and inputting data accurately
• Processing returns and closing reports
• Adjusting stock and creating service contracts
• Logging all information clearly into internal systems

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous customer service or administrative experience
• Confident telephone manner and strong written communication
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Good attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Experience with Salesforce would be a real plus, but not essential
