Working as part of a team you will be responsible for answering the telephone, booking in various works, liaising with customers and engineers, managing logistics and general administrative duties.

Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years experience working in administrative roles.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Proficiency with Word and Excel is a bonus.
Knowledge of the Plumbing and Heating industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided
