We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable
Customer Service & Support Assistant
to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll handle customer queries, provide helpful product or service information, and assist with basic office support tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a helpful and professional manner
Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate team
Provide accurate information about products and services
Process orders, returns, and basic billing or account queries
Record customer interactions and feedback using our internal systems
Support Tasks:
Assist with data entry, filing, and updating customer records
Prepare basic documents such as quotes, order confirmations, or follow-up emails
Support the customer service or sales team with general coordination tasks
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or reception role
Friendly, clear communicator with a positive attitude
Good organisation skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using email, phone systems, and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Able to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
