Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the principal duties of the Customer Care Administrator are:
Provide a complete customer care experience for new and existing customers.
Dealing with day-to-day customer orders, queries and ensuring on-time delivery.
Managing documents and records as per the requirements of the business.
Creating and updating targeted works instructions to ensure clarity for all areas of the business.
To liaise with the Quality Dept. to ensure the timely resolution of customer complaints.
Skills & Competencies
Competent in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
Ability to deliver a gold standard customer experience.
Ability to prioritise and organise workloads with both internal and external customers.
Ability to work within a regulated environment to meet the requirements of ISO 9001, 13485 & 50001.
