Summary



Davant in Ledbury is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator, to provide a high standard of customer service at all times

The Main Duties and responsibilities



First line on the phone Resolve phone and email queries in a professional timely manner Arrange deliveries with customers to assist the company in reducing transport costs Book in deliveries with customers Check the release of back orders with customers before they are released Keep customers up to date with deliveries Raise returns/collections and ensure the customer is kept informed Work with the Credit Control team to resolve invoice queries in a timely manner Provide technical support where possible Support the admin team during busy periods and holiday/sickness cover when required Work with the External Sales Team to provide high levels of customer service and support Raise NCR's and work with the quality team to resolve customer complaints and report resolutions back to the customer

Additional Tasks:



Telesales promotions helping transport to fill any empty lorries Checking if regular customers require anything up-selling with accessories. Complete customer surveys

Requirements for the role:



Customer Service experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.

Knowledge of sales processes to make sure the advice given to the customer is seamless and correct in reference to returns / queries on deliveries & enquiries.

Friendly, customer focused work well within a team and independently reliable, Good communication skills.

Working hours:



09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (36.25 hours)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 36.25 per week
