This is an exciting office-based role suitable for someone with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Based in our fast-paced Customer Service / Administration team, the ideal candidate will enjoy a challenge, and will take responsibility for responding to product and fulfilment enquiries from our customers and retail partners across multiple channels - via telephone and/or email.
To perform well in this role the ideal candidate will be comfortable working with IT / CRM systems and required to learn about our product ranges and home textiles in general. An interest or background in fabric or made to measure products would be beneficial as there are opportunities in this area. They will also be expected to complete operational & administrative tasks to ensure all orders are processed accurately and on-time.

Candidates must:
Be able to work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Be able to demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Be an extremely confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
Be proficient with the use of a PC - in particular Microsoft Excel, Order Management Systems (OMS), and similar software.
Have a keen eye for detail, and possess great time management skills.
Have at least 1 years' experience working in an office environment performing operational/administrative/customer service tasks.
Desirable:
Background or strong interest in fabrics and made to measure products.
