The Role:
We're looking for a
Customer Service Administrator
to engage with motor dealerships and third-party suppliers, providing outstanding service through inbound and outbound channels. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing dealership queries while meeting service targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, stock partners (primarily auction houses), and finance houses to facilitate positive outcomes.
Support vehicle funding requests, ensuring accurate data entry and verification within our internal system.
Escalate unresolved queries promptly, keeping all stakeholders informed until resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Operations, Credit, and Asset Security) to streamline dealer support and lifecycle management.
Conduct regular reviews of dealership activity (probation, renewal, and ad-hoc), preparing documentation for internal review.
Stay up to date with LE Capital's products, regulatory requirements, and service procedures.
Perform other administrative tasks as required by team leaders or management.
What we're looking for:
Experience in a customer service or telephone-based role (motor finance experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
A proactive team player with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
Familiarity with customer service best practices and administrative procedures.
Experience with data entry and analysis.
GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently while upholding high professional standards.
