We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Relationship Administrator to join our Leicester site.
We are looking for someone who's organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.

Your Mission at Elis
Managing and follow up on customer queries and questions.
Supporting on an internal service inbox
Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
Co-ordination and support Account Managers.
Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
Reactive renegotiation of accounts.

What will make you stand out?
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Including Advanced Excel Skills.
Customer and solution focused.
Good attention to detail and ability to evaluate data and interpret the information effectively to continuously improve the department/team.
