As a Customer Service Administrator at Hyde, you will work within the Product Quality Team to provide a professional, flexible, and customer-focused service. You will be the first point of contact for residents of newly built homes, ensuring their journey with Hyde is smooth, positive, and responsive to their needs.


Key Duties




Provide an excellent customer-focused front-line service, managing the customer journey for new purchasers and tenants of newly built homes. Act as the first point of contact for residents, resolving queries, requests, and problems to improve overall customer satisfaction. Organise, schedule, and coordinate appointments with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with build contractors, Project Managers, Sales and Marketing Teams, and other Hyde departments to deliver high standards of service. Identify and report non-compliance or process failures in line with the Risk Management Framework, including Health & Safety, Data Protection, and statutory requirements.
