Join Our Team as a Customer Service Administrator at Our New Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic!



Shifts will be flexible between the hours of 8:00AM and 8:00 PM Monday-Friday | 25 hours per week

Customer Service Administrator

to join our team at the new

Royal Tunbridge Wells Clinic

. In this role, your excellent communication skills--whether face-to-face or over the phone--will be essential in creating a positive experience for our patients and visitors.


Key Responsibilities:





As a

Customer Service Administrator

, you will:


Warmly welcome patients and visitors, guiding them to the right departments. Manage telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. Handle patient correspondence while adhering to service quality standards and GDPR regulations. Schedule and manage patient appointments, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

What We're Looking For:




Essential:




Previous experience in high-end hospitality or an administrative role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Desirable:




Experience working as an administrator in a clinical setting.
