A Customer Service Administrator is responsible for ensuring administrative support for all key activities within the administration team and wider residences, this can be for residents, conference guests and other visitors to the campuses. Daily tasks include answering of emails, phone queries, desk queries, financial payments and reconciliation and preparation for all arrivals and departures into residences, always ensuring the highest level of customer service.
About the Team
With just under nine thousand bedrooms across twenty-three different properties, the Customer Services team are based across our five residential receptions and consist of Customer Service Administrators and Customer Service Assistants.
The Customer Services team form part of the wider University of Manchester Accommodation team and perform an integral role as the first point of contact for residences for any resident, whether student or summer conference guest and provide a welcoming and supportive role, with excellence in Customer Service always at the heart of what they do.
