Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery by managing customer inquiries, processing data, and supporting the overall operations of our service department. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties



Manage incoming customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date customer records and service requests. Assist customers in understanding services offered and provide information as needed. Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional services that may benefit customers. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service. Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring all documentation is filed appropriately. Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish when necessary.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable. Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills. Ability to analyse information and provide solutions effectively. Demonstrated ability to upsell services while maintaining customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the service environment.
