The Customer Service Administrators are an integral part of the Sales Team, responsible for providing an outstanding customer service experience at all times, processing orders received both via email and over the phone, and building great relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



Be the first point of contact for inbound customer calls providing information, advice and guidance on products that are provided Take customer orders via telephone and email, accurately inputting them into our in-house system before our daily deadline Work closely with customers and our logistics team in addressing delays, shortages, breakages, returns and customer complaints. Chase purchase orders & delivery dates with customers Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for the business and its products in order to ensure that you are able to aptly assist Customers with any queries. Maintain all aspects of administration to a high standard whilst being committed to achieving tight customer SLAs and helping the team to achieve its KPIs. Respond to customer queries via email, in a timely and professional manner to resolution Work closely with the finance department to ensure that they have all the information they require prior to closing the books on a monthly basis.

Criteria



At least 6 months experience in customer service and/or sales Well-developed interactive, organisational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure, dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient computer skills with data entry and communication: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Knowledge of food industry is helpful

Skills



Proficient in data entry with high attention to detail Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish and English Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation Analytical skills to interpret data effectively and support decision-making processes Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining professionalism Organised with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Adaptable team player with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving

Pay: 24,420.00-24,500.00 per year
