As part of our continued growth, we're now looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join our busy Sales and Service department.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to provide essential administrative and customer service support within a dynamic, fast-paced office. You'll handle customer enquiries, manage supplier communications, assist with reports, and help ensure everything runs efficiently behind the scenes.

If you're an experienced Administrator, Office Assistant, or Sales Administrator who loves keeping things organised and supporting others, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Sales and Service team Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and client enquiries efficiently and professionally Liaise daily with customers and suppliers to resolve queries and maintain strong working relationships Support the Sales and Service Manager with data entry, reports, and ad-hoc projects Regularly review and update contract reports to ensure compliance and accuracy Create and schedule engaging social media posts to promote the business Maintain organised and accurate records across all systems
Skills & Experience

Essential:

Proven experience in office administration, customer service, or account management Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a busy environment Competent in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable:

Familiarity with platforms such as Global 3000, CRM systems, or Foxit Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X)
