As a Customer Service Administrator in our Sandwell team, you'll manage customer records using CRM and database systems, resolve enquiries and complaints within agreed service levels, and support the Customer Care Centre Manager with customer onboarding, account queries, and administrative tasks throughout the life of commercial waste contracts. Collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and third parties will be key to your success.



What you'll do as a Customer Service Administrator



Deliver professional, timely customer service via phone, email, and digital channels Maintain accurate customer records and analyse system data Support sales orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and SAP-related queries Assist with continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process innovation Provide cover across the administration and Customer Care Centre when needed

Experience in a busy admin or call centre environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Confident using Microsoft Office; SAP, CRM, or data processing experience is a plus Self-motivated, resourceful, and a team player
