Up to 30,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Customer Service Administrator

ensuring our customers receive a high-quality service, with smooth order processing, excellent communication, and efficient problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:



Process customer orders (manual or via EDI) in a timely and accurate manner Provide excellent service as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers Escalate issues appropriately and ensure all tasks are completed with attention to detail Resolve customer queries professionally via phone and email Maintain strong working knowledge of products and services to support customer needs Liaise with internal departments to resolve order amendments and provide accurate updates Manage dispatch schedules with third-party logistics providers to maximise OTIF (On-Time In-Full) Perform general administrative duties including data entry, reporting, and document management Investigate and resolve customer complaints thoroughly, keeping them updated throughout

Essential:



Proven experience in customer service and administration Calm under pressure, detail-oriented and self-motivated Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident with Microsoft Office and business systems Strong problem-solving and investigation skills
